MobileMe only working one way... ?

- 8 GB 13" MacBook Pro, 64GB WiFi/4G iPad, 32GB iPhone 5
Until about a week ago, my MobileMe worked great between my MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone 4. Now, when I put something on my MacBook Pro, it shows up only on the iPad but not the iPhone. However, when I put something on the iPhone, it shows up on the other two. What has happened and how can I fix it? TIA."Laughter is an instant vacation"
