Hello,

I just got an iPhone 4 and am enjoying it. I have work Outlook email and calendar sync'ed to the phone from work in real time (my employer uses MobileIron) and it works great. Now, I'd love to then transfer that work schedule to my iMac so my family can see it. I tried the simple iPhone 4 to iCal sync through iTunes with the iPhone docked, but it didn't go over (my iPhone personal calendar went over, but not the Outlook driven calendar). I can see both calendars without difficulty on the iPhone. Is there a way I can do this? Another app, or with Mobile Me? Please let me know if you have any solutions.

Thanks

I don't know of a way to sync it with an iphone but I know another way to do it but it will cost around $65.

Sync outlook with google calendar (requires a google account *free*)

Then Sync google calendar with ical using spanning sync Spanning Sync 3 - Sync iCal with Google Calendar, Sync Address Book with Google Contacts ($65)
