Hi there

Could someone please explain a little about intergrating a live chat option into a basic app.

Is it a expensive addition? who bears the cost for the time used while communicating, is it a simple process to incorperate?

please forgive my lack of knowledge in this particular area.

regards in advance
QUOTE Thanks
