Has anyone found a way to do this? I like pawn stars, v, American pickers and a bunch more but we will stop there.

Man that would be a lot of money. I live where I can't get tv right now but have never had to pay for tv before. But if that's the only possibility I'm gonna have to budget to ten tv shows a month. Ugh

That's really the only legal option unless they're available for streaming on Netflix, Hulu, or another legit service.

Check hulu. Some shows that they do not have, they provide links to the stations web site where you can get them.

2 out of 3 of the ones you mentioned are on hulu.

Except they won't stream to the iPad, they're not licensed for mobile.

drag..

Kitchen Nightmares is on it.

Check out the ABC app also - they've got around 15 of their shows available.

Ten shows a month at $2 per = $20.

I realise that's still "paying for television" but, you know, COME ON. That's ad-free, even!

Yeah, but $20 x 4 weeks makes it $80 a month - not inexpensive.

I agree. That's more than what I'm currently paying for Verizon FIOS TV with 300+ channels.

Can't you buy season passes for iTunes series that are a lot less than that? I'm not sure though since I do most of my streaming through Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Vudu.

In Belgium we have a service called Yelo on the iPad ( check the app store )
I can watch TV on my iPad whilst walking through the house or spending time in the ' little room ' -_-
Works like a charm.

Cheers ... McBie

Some networks have apps now with full shows. PBS, for example.

16GB iPhone 5, 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad 1st Gen.

Rentals are $.99 at the cheapest end - purchased SD TV shows are $1.99 and HD are $2.99 per episode - Season passes for current shows typically save you from nothing to a couple of bucks.

Past seasons can sometimes be had at better prices, once in awhile as low as the rental rate.

Is vudu a app? I have netflix and hulu plus. Hulu plus is kinda a joke however. For the iPad that is.
