i deleted my itunes library and want an app back

i oved my itunes library to a nas drive, and deleted my library off my macbook. BUT didnt copy the apps. I had VLC media player. Its been pulled from the store, can I get it back?

I do not understand your question. Are you talking about VLC for you Mac or i Device? (If there is a VLC app for i Devices)

there was a VLC app for iOs but it has been removed from the store.
