I have icons from a theme called "Litho" and I also have a dock background, wallpaper and badge. Could anyone make these so they are Retina compatible? And could you also have the @2x, etc? Even if you can only get some of them done, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Yes my iPod is jailbroken. This is for turning non-default icons (such as purchased from the Apple App Store) to Retina icons. But thanks for the help anyways...
