    iPhone 4 VideoCall to mac
Hey guys, basically, i want to chat to my girlfriend who has an iPhone 4 with 3g (Not wifi) via cam. But also so she can see my cam on my iMac?

Any kind of thing? I got her to download the Stickam app, but that's only one way, she can watch me or i can watch her, not both.

    Any ideas guys?
    thanks, Alex.

    Specs:
    Mid-2012 MBP (16GB, 1TB HD), Monoprice 24-inch second monitor, iPhone 5s 32GB, iPad Air 2 64GB
    All iPhones have wifi.

So, all you have to do is:

    1. Tell your girlfriend to go someplace where there is free wifi.
    2. Open FaceTime on your Mac.
    3. Select her name in the contacts list.

    That's it.

What you wrote makes no sense. Use some punctuation or explain more.

You need to go download facetime for the Mac to use it.

Thanks for all that useful info to go on!

These are the requirements for installing FaceTime on your Mac:

Requires Mac OS X v10.6.4 Snow Leopard or later.
    64GB iPhone 6, 64GB iPad Air 2.

Reminder: Please include your Mac's specs. This will make it much easier for the other members to assist you.

Not really very much clearer, but thanks for trying.

    1. The first time you run FaceTime it needs to "activate." Did that happen?

    2. "does not want to work" is a meaningless phrase. Please be more specific.

    3. Is the iPhone's phone number in your Address Book application?
