iTunes crashes when clicking on iphone apps tab

Just got an iphone 4. Everything working great - syncing, etc - except when I click on Apps within itunes, it crashes.

Any suggestions?

Are you using the latest version of iTunes? If so have you tried re-installing it?

Yes, the version is up to date. I figured I would need to reinstall - would I lose playlists, etc?

Reinstall might be a good idea, nope you'll keep all your playlists and playcounts etc so they'll still be there when you go back in after the install

I had the same problem with my iPad, but downloaded iTunes 10.1 and it is fixed!
