iphone contacts ?

hello i was wondering if anybody knew if there is a way to transfer my iphone contacts from my iphone to the address book on my ibook? because if there was it would be easier then manually entering all those contacts in to the laptop.

MobileMe or iTunes?

itunes will pull them off the phone and put them in the address book automaticlly or do i have to do something to get it to work?
