Hey Guys,
My wife has a IPhone 3GS and it's been configured to get her email from work on the phone. All of a sudden, yesterday, they did something without touching her phone, to enable the Password Lock feature. Now everytime she wants to use her phone, it asks her for a password. Reading on the Apple Support Pages and other site, apparently you go to: Settings -> General -> Passcode Lock -> (Enter the password) and there should be an option to disable that functionality, however it's almost like they've removed the 'Turn Passcode Off' function, as it's not there. How do I re-instate the phone back to it's normal state, as she does not want the password on her phone and is going to remove her work email account off her phone too. Any help would be appreciated |
