Help!Think i fixed it wrong

so my touch panel was broken after ordering the parts i decided to fix it myself watching the instructional video only thing is after im done i notice the screen goes from either all white to a faded green depending if u squeeze top right corner can anyone give any suggestions on what i can do to fix this? thanks for your help
