How do I create a new Group in the Contacts application?

I have a 3rd gen Ipod Touch and I would like to divide my contacts into Groups.

On the Group page there is no + (add) sign so I am at loss on how to add a group.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Why dont you do it on your Mac in Address Book and then when you sync your iPod Touch, you will have them in there.

Do most of mine on my Mac in contacts, but sometimes you want to do it when you're out & about and just added a new contact.

Then I use Grouper on my iPhone.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
