Is it just me or is it a real pain to add appointments into ical on the iphone?
You have to fill out so much info and it takes ages. In outlook all you need to do is drag a slot and write something - job done - is that possible on ical or is there any free apps that make quick appointment adding easier? |

I'm a little confused - are you talking about iCal or the Calendar app on the iPhone/iTouch? For the Mac, there is Sunbird and since "better" is such a subjective term, you will have to decide for yourself if it's better. Don't expect syncing with the Calendar app on the iPhone/iTouch with Sunbird though.

Sorry im a bit of a novice - im moaning that the calendar on the iphone takes too many clicks for me to create an event within it.
Better for me = a bit more like outlook calendar on my work pc so i highlight a time period and start typing, job done. FYI i have MBP at home. When i search calendar on itunes i got 100's of results from bird calendar to hooters calendar to go calendar. I'd rather not try all of them and was hoping someone had been here before me and had found one or some they quite liked. Thanks for any advice. |

Thanks to google calendar my iphone calendar becomes more useful. I can even save the google calendar as a shortcut on my phone if i want to go in to it but im a bit happier about the standard app now ive filled it with some dates.
