I'm sorry if another poster has raised an issue such as this but there's an issue with my ipod. It's not recognized by itunes. It is not responding when I update the ipod's software. The ipod's songs were uploaded into the ipod when I had a Windows PC. My question is if the ipod is susceptible to malicious software or if ipods typically have issues when the platform for itunes switches from PC to MAC. Thank you.

2. Make sure that your Windows computer has all the necessary service packs. Go to start menu, then right click on computer, and then click on properties. 3. If all of that is up to day, then look through this article. It should help 4. If none of that works, then try removing iTunes by following this article, and then reinstall it by going to Apple - iTunes - Tutorials - Learn about all things iTunes. . 5. If all else fails, you'll want to restore the iPod touch be following this article. This should do it. If not, then schedule an appointment with the genius bar at the Apple retail store and take it there. That's all I can think of. |
