Problem with Photos on my iPhone 3Gs

I got over 6 gigs worth of pictures on iPhoto and I tried syncing all of them through iTunes, but I'm not getting thumbnail versions of the images on my phone. I can open pictures...but I can't see what I'm opening.

I tried syncing just a couple images and still get the same bs.

My iPhone is a 3Gs, 32gb, fully updated (not jail break).

Check out my attachment, some of the thumbnails look like a broken videogame screen. If I click on any of those events, the images have NO thumbnails.

If I click on any of the "blank" images, the picture opens....but it's annoying.
