I currently have 2G iphone with $20 data plan. I hate to lose that deal, same time would like to upgrade my phone to 3G or GS. If I go to the store and upgrade they will stick me with $35 data plan.
WHAT IF i just by phone outside of the ATT and put my sim card in it. Will that work?? |

Since your SIM card is already set up for the iPhone, I believe you should be able to plug the SIM into the 3G(S) and it should continue to operate as your current 2G does.
I bought my 3G separately and after plugging in the SIM card, I had to call ATT to tell them the IMEI number and got hit with the $30 data plan.. Regards |
