switching to new laptop, itunes sync?

i have an iphone, with all my apps and my music. ive bought a new laptop (macbook pro - yeh) and i want to use my iphone with this laptop, how do i go about being able to sync it without it deleting everything?? i hope u guys know what i mean. cheers.
