iPhone 3GS Switching App Icons

Mac Specs: Macbook Pro 13" Standard Spec. iPhone 4 16GB

I have noticed this a couple of times now. Sometimes when I take it out of sleep or reset it a couple of App Icons have switched or in other cases disappeared. The following screenshot shows this:



As you can see the Spend - Lite icon has gone and Ocorino has changed to the TV guide icon (another app I have although that appears normal.
