    Question MLB At-Bat 2009
I have a quick question about the MLB At-Bat 2009 app. I just downloaded and installed OS 3.0 to my 1st-gen iPod Touch today, and I was wondering if I needed to sign up for MLB.tv to get the live games within the app.

    Thanks in advance.

The app only provides a couple of "featured" games each day for which they stream live TV. ALL other games feature Game Day audio and video clips of key plays posted as the game goes on (a number badge pops up over the vid button to let you know there are new ones), and a condensed game video of all the key plays posted shortly after the game ends. Live video is subject to blackout, of course.

But to get those one or two live streaming games, do I have to sign up for MLB.tv?

Nope. With At Bat you get those featured streaming games as part of the purchase price. I guess I didn't really answer the question the first time around.
