Is it possible to sync all of my camera roll through iTunes?

Assuming it is compatible, and you have enough drive space, then yes.


Standing request for all troubleshooting: Please provide your Mac model/year and OS version. Also advise us if you have used or installed any antivirus, security, or "cleaning" software on your Mac. If you have installed MacKeeper in particular, you are hereby advised to uninstall it.

iTunes does NOT sync Camera Roll. Using Image Capture (it's on your mac), you can import Camera Roll into your Pictures folder (Home/Library). When syncing with iTunes select Photos/From Folder/Pictures then Apply. Your images and video will COPY to your iphone.
