long story but this is the situation i'm in.
i have the generic Library.xml list an old iTunes exported a library as. i also have a song list text document of the songs. i no longer have any of the songs or anything at all from that library. so, i'd like to browse this list and search for/re-download these mp3s (not purchased through iTunes). when i try to import through a fresh copy of itunes, it says it couldn't locate the files and doesn't allow me to view it. how could i go about opening/viewing this xml file as just a straight list of artist/album/song title (so as to avoid having to sort through all of the xml code or itunes' clumsy format it puts all of that data in)? |
