Been using MCleaner for close to a year now and thought it deserved its own post. In my opinion it happens to be one of the best call blockers out there for the iphone. Ive tried several application but the ease of use of Mcleaner as well as its ability to really filter 99% of the calls is noteworthy. The fact that you can also block SMS's is fantastic.

Will be upgrading to 3.0 as soon as it comes out so I hope MCleaner will come up with an upgrade soon.
