I've got an ipod touch and I'm wondering if there's some way I can use the apps I've bought for it on my desktop computer?

Maybe with some kind of emulator or something?

There's a cool police scanner app, a texting app, and a few others that I would find useful or interesting to have open while I'm working on other stuff at my computer.

Is there anything like that out there?
