Sync Movies From iTunes to iPhone

I just downloaded a movie from iTunes and was wondering if it was possible to sync the movie to my iPhone? I noticed it just said TV Shows under the Video Tab. If there is some way or a software to do so, someone let me know please.

Just scroll down below the tv shows and youll see your list of movies
