Can not find DockFlow

I had to replace my iphone and there are some apps that I can not find in cydia...! I tried adding the sources such as ispazio which most of my stuff that I want to download is from this source. Apps like dockflow, I added the source
http://www.ispaziorepo.com/cydia/apt/
but still I cant find the stuff that its in this source what is the problem?
Is ispazio source has some problem at this moment???
