how do i delet apps

ok this is a stupid question i know..


but i just upgraded to v2.2 on a first gen iphone. on the old version i just deleted apps from the "uninstall" option in the installer. but some forums say to look for the "x" when the buttons start to wiggle. but problem is there aren't any "x".

please help!!!!

Mac Specs: 2008 and 2011 15" mbps, late 11 iMac, iPhone 4s, and too many ipods and other stuff

Dysfunction is offline
the only apps that don't have the x that I've seen are the built in ones...
