I was wondering if there is a way to sync the events in iCal(calendar) on my iphone with iCal on my macbook?

I hooked my iphone up to my macbook and was able to sync contacts, music, apps and all that through iTunes but I haven't found a way to sync the Ical events on the iphone to the laptop...

Thanks,
Vat
