Problems syncing contacts FROM iPhone TO me.com

Hello Guys,

I have the trial account for me.com and want to be able to sync all my contacts/calendar etc.

On the iPhone when I go into settings>mail,contacts,calendars>@me.com account and switch on the contacts, its then downloads all the contacts from my me.com account, instead of uploading them from my iPhone, therefore deletes all my contacts on the iPhone.

How do I either get it to upload the contacts, or somehow get these contacts onto the me.com account so they are the latest ones?
