new to Itouch

Hi
just got an Itouch, I was wondering if there's a way to set up it's internet access through the usb connection on my imac as I don't have wi-fi yet...

You can only get internet on it via Wi-Fi.
BTW, it called the iPod touch. There's nothing called an itouch.

You can create a WiFi Connection from your mac as well...

And then go to System pref.s to turn the internet connection sharing on between the ethernet (or whatever source you have for internet connection) of your mac & Airport.
& Then get your iPod touch to join the wifi network created by your mac.
