iphone banking section

Hi.
I want to upload my app to appstore,
I have paid the $99 dev program, I have activation code,
my certificates are active, ...I have done everything.

now apple send the follow email:
enter your bank details on iTunes Connect under the banking section. There should be an icon on your iTunes Connect account to set this up. You must have an Admin or Finance role to view this.

I have not found that section.
some of you know how do this please ?
