Getting Apps to ipod touch

I have a few applications downloaded in my itunes and I can't get them to transfer to my ipod....anybody know how to fix this?? Thanks a lot

Do you have the new software installed? If so you should see a tab for applications, click on that, then you can sync whatever you want. You can't do this if you don't have the up-to-date software. Hope this helps.
