I am traveling out of town in the morning for a week and I have a bunch of home movies I had put on mac using a format best for my apple tv. They can't sync with my ipod touch because of the size and resolution I had them in originally. I want to be able to show my family these movies on my ipod touch when I get out there. Is there an easy program to be able to convert these to watch on my ipod? Thanks

Highlight the movie in iTunes. Right click and use the "Convert to iPod" option. Takes a bit, but works great. Self-contained, too.
