lost itunes library

i have an ipod with songs/pictures/etc on it but no library to support it.
how do i move the songs + information from the ipod onto a macbook and create a library?

the previous library is totally gone.

Download a program called senuti (that's "itunes" backwards). It will rip the songs off of your ipod for you, then just import them back into itunes.

Will senuTi copy all the information contained in iTunes such as the correct artist, spelling, etc.?
