I have an unlocked iPhone that was a gift that iPhoneUnlockUk unlocked for me, and last night tried (foolishly) to upgrade to 2.0.
This did not work. I should have done my homework but I spent £20 for the firmware and it's wrecked my phone and now I can do nothing. iPhoneUnlockUK are not replying to my e-mails and obviously I don't have a phone! Can anyone please help? how can I get my iPhone back to a useable unlocked state? |

Do a DFU restore using iTunes. You should be fine.
You can't "brick" an iphone/pod just by doing a firmware update unless you are messing with the bootloader. Even then its still recoverable under most conditions. 17" Macbook ProWidescreen Hi Res 2.6GHz Dual Core 160GB 7200RPM HD4GB RAM AirPort Extreme Router 16GB iPod Touch |
