uk 3g ipone in japan?

Member Since: Jun 23, 2006 Posts: 53	07-18-2008, 04:23 PM can anyone confirm or deny if the uk iphone will work in japan? the guys in the o2 shop breathed something about japan being so far ahead most phones won't work there.. thanks mac mini core 2 duo - 10.5.1 server macbook core duo - 10.5.1 client
