Can't sync applications?

I'm feeling pretty dumb, but I can't get downloaded apps to sync to my 3G on 2 separate systems. Leopard box at home, and Vista box at work, both download and purchase just fine, but won't sync. If I go into the phone on iTunes, Applications tab, and check Sync All Apps, nothing ever happens. If I try to re-download it on the iPhone, it thinks it's already installed;

"You have already purchased this item. To download it again for free, select OK."

It's a clumsy workaround to re-download on the phone directly, but in the case that the app is over 10MB, I /have/ to get it through iTunes, which ain't working.

Anyone? Puleese?

Answered my own question (I has the smurt

).

1. Right-click on device (in this case the iPhone) and Reset Warnings
2. Led to me not being authorized on computer; Store | Authorized Computer

I don't has the dumb anymore.
