i am one of those ppl who detest embarrassing ringtones. i would like to set up the standard mac sounds 'funk' and 'blow' for notifications. does anyone know if this is possible?

i think i could do it myself but i don't know if the sounds exist as a file i can import.

thanks in advance

If you find the sound in file format you can import it into Garage Band and edit it into a ring tone there then share it with/to Itunes.. search Iphone ringtones in youtube there is a video on how to do it.

^^ Yep that is the way to go.

But when you make your ringtone in Garage Band make sure it is no longer than 40 seconds, but it can be shorter

Will this technique work for all those songs that don't 'technically' have "ringtone" listed as an option as well?
