2.0 Touch firmware - can't install any apps?

The applications were not installed on the iPod "Touchy Touchy" because you are not authorized for it on this computer.

I have 1 account on my mac. I have one .mac account, and one iTunes account. Why isn't it letting me put free applications on my 32GB Touch now I've paid for the 2.0 update?

ok got it

Apparently if I then go into the applicaiton part of my iChoons and try to open one it asks me to authorise it and then it will sync. How very annoying.
