iPhone subscription to podcasts

Just wondering if any of you guys know if you can subscribe to a podcast and will it automatically download onto your iPhone without having to plug it into your Mac?

I think "mobilecast" will allow you to do that, but it's currently only available for iPhone's that have been hacked.

But the AppStore is just around the corner, so we might see something come out then.
