connect via internet to a remote local network

I have my G4 macs connected to my PC Win2k server via ethernet... and i want to connect my eMac at home via internet... does anybody know how?

I would think if you have FTP set up, you should be able to just FTP into the server....

Please provide a better description of your setup and what you want to do...
