Hi, I have been away for a while and am about to move into a new flat and want to get broadband. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Not just for value for money and speed but for customer service with macs too. I used one a while ago and when I rang with any problems the new nothing about Macs. Thanks for any info..

It all depends on where you live. I can give you recommendations, but if you live in south america, they probably won't help.

Stretch has it exactly right. You gotta tell us where's you're living before we can make recommendations.

Ian, The Consumers Association highly rated Zen, Waitrose and Global. I can personally rate Zen having made the change a few months ago from AOL. I get consistent up time, great performance and customer service has been first rate (and it's based in the UK!). As in all things you get what you pay for - Zen looks quite costly on paper but for the reasons given I reckon it's worth every penny and as you can cancel with one months notice (no 12 month tie-in) it's worth looking at.

Happiness is not getting what you want, but wanting what you get.
