macbook internet and stream video problems

ok i have a intel base macbook and internet drops in and out while on wireless and on battery power and when im on youtube video begans playing fine but then it becomes interrupted and the video becomes choppy so dose anyone have any idea wat could be wrong

ps i did a hardware test and i try reformating
