    airports range worse than others
Ive got a 2.2 ghz mbp with leopard installed recently and for some reason i seem to have problems connecting to wireless internet when my macbook owning mate next to me can connect easily along with anyone on a windows machine.

The airport seems to pick up a weak signal then after about 3 minutes the signal drops out and i disconnect. The lad on the macbook has almost full signal!?

Is this a common problem with the macbook pro wireless card that the range is not as good as the macbook?

I found that my mbp has worse airport signal (any wireless signal) pick up than my ibook. but its not to your extent.
