Does anybody have any experience with editing video, and the content is stored on a networked drive? Basically I've been rolling around the idea of one day getting a Mini and setting it up as a server for my house. I want to hook up an Airport Express and an Iomega MiniMax 500GB drive to the Mini and use it as network storage... would the transfer rate through a wifi connection be too slow to edit video? If not, I think that would an ideal setup for a home server.
