I have an airport dome in the house but the signal isn't very good when I take the PB to the garage (Crap in fact, don't work)

Question, can you get some sort of aerial extension to reach to the garage or some kind of booster for the airport?

I dont have Attention Deficit Dis..... Hey look! A chicken!.
