I have an external hard drive (a Lacie 500 gb) and I have it connectedto one of my computers but I'd like to be able to read/write to it with another mac on the same network. I'm kind of new to macs so this may seem like a very easy thing to do for most of you. How do I pull this off?

When you try to connect to the computer (is it another Mac?) that has the external attached and type in the apporpriate password etc, does it ask you which volumes to mount ... ?

I don't even see it on the same network. Also, the one with the hard drive NOT connected to it has leopard on it (if that makes any difference).
