I have an AirPort Extreme Base Station hosting my wireless network. Connected to it via USB is a 7-port USB Hub.
On that Hub, I have my printer, and two external hard drives. The first hard drive is a LaCie 500 GB USB HDD and the other is a IDE 320 GB Seagate Barracuda inside a Vantec Enclosure.
I can use the LaCie hard drive just fine, but I get an disk error whenever I connect the Vantec enclosure. Both drives are formatted for Mac.
The thing is, I can use the drive if it's connected directly to my MacBook Pro. If I format the drive as NTFS, my PC can read it just fine too. But the problem occurs once I connect it to that USB hub and try to use it over the network.
Anyone have any ideas of how I can get the Vantec to work through the APEBS?KamileonX (Lawrence)
