Mac Specs: Macbook: 2GHZ Intel C2D, 2 Gig Ram, 80 GB HD. Mac Mini: Intel C2D 2GHZ, 2 gig ram, 120gb HD

OK, basically i want to connect to my windows machine using VNC on my mac. I've Downloaded chicken of the vnc . But does anyone know how to setup a VNC Server on the windows side using ultra vnc or real vnc?

You'll get near real-time performacne if you use RDC instead. Also free.

The next alternative would be TightVNC server on the PC. Free, too.

Yeah Microsoft Remote Desktop works much better then VNC. I use it all the time to connect to my server at home.
