    Help with sharpoints

    I am very new to mac networking. I have 4 computers I want to share over a network. 3 macs and one vista pc. One of my mac minis is hooked up to my tv and I am using it as a media center pc. I have a usb 2.0 drive hooked up too it with all my media files on it. I want to share them across the network on all the computers. Sharing them with the other macs is not a problem because I can access them thru iTunes. For the Vista computer it is. I downloaded sharepoints so I can just share the drive over the network and I cant get it to work. I cant even see the mac from my vista computer at all. I don't think I am setting up sharepoints right but their website have very minimal help. What I pretty much want to do is share that drive so I can map it onto my vista system. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.

    Under system preferences open up sharing and configure the windows sharing option.

    I have not been able to share my mac with vista machines either. I don't think you are doing anything wrong.

    I can now see my mac and log into it on my vista computer. When I click on the folder I want to share though it just says I do not have permission. What next?
