How do I access a shared folder on a windows computer in the house?
I have a windows box on the other side of the house and I would like to wirelessly access the shared folder to move some files so I wouldn't have to waste dvds to do it. How do I set that up on the windows xp side and how do I access it from here?

Setting it up on Windows side is a pain, though you might just get lucky with that Home and office network setup wizard. As for your mac, there is no setup needed. After connecting it to the router, click on the network shortcut in Finder window. If it doesn't show up there, then just hit Command+K and smb://enteryourIPhere/
